devildom3realmsDevildom is huge. Nearly infinite. Then aside from the various parts of Devildom are the Celestial Realm where angels come from, and the human realm, sorcerers, witches, and others come from.
Basic history: [Depending on your character, this might be the 20th time hearing Lucifer say it, and it STILL won't stick!!] The former ruler of the faeries was given a poison drink as a gift from a Devil Lord, and when they succumbed to the poison, the demons took over the lands creating Devildom. Nearly all magic is possible here. Especially with time, the more that the denizens learn to increase their own power, skills, and therefore enable even more possibilities.
The current King of Devildom witnessed the Great Celestial War, and though he took in the 7 newly fallen angels [(Lucifer and his brothers)] and minted their avatar status of the various sins, he eventually descended to the deepest depths of the realms and went back to sleep. The prince: Diavolo knew Lucifer before the fall, and they share the active dream of changing the status quo and achieving peace and connections between the main 3 realms.
To that end, the Royal Academy of Diavolo was created. To help teach demons, sorcerers, witches, shinigami, and anyone else magic, gain knowledge, and therefore power.
Death is all-but irrelevant through a multitude of factors, and it's nearly impossible to kill most demons without very very special means that will not be happening anytime soon! As such all fights are done with magic, colors, dance, and all about the emotions. Attend classes to learn more.
A big Catastrophe(?!) / Blessing (?!?) / CURSE (!!) happened recently that made the gates, doors, and summoning go haywire and start to include far more dimensions than anyone imagined possible. Even Barbatos is having to deal with the strain of the flood, and Lucifer's paperwork is never-ending. [RIP Eldest Brother.] Welcome to Devildom.
